All servicing and repair work is carried out strictly in line with manufacturer specifications, using quality OEM or equivalent parts to ensure the reliability, performance, and longevity of your vehicle.

Modern cars and vans often require specific service schedules, specialist components, and manufacturer-approved oil grades. We stock a wide range of these oils and service items, allowing us to maintain most vehicles to dealer standard.

We also have the equipment and expertise to reset service lights and condition-based service indicators, including systems fitted to vehicles such as BMW and MINI. 

Where a vehicle remains under manufacturer warranty, we ensure the correct parts, fluids, and service procedures are used so that warranty cover is fully maintained.

Our workshop is fully equipped to service and repair most makes and models, from small cars through to larger vehicles and light commercial vans.

For added convenience, vehicle collection and delivery or a lift can be arranged, subject to availability and prior booking.

When you have your vehicle serviced, there are a number of important checks and procedures that should be carried out to keep your car safe, reliable, and compliant:

• Servicing to manufacturer specifications is essential — even for vehicles under warranty. A garage does not need to be a main dealer, but it must use the correct parts, fluids, and service methods to keep your warranty valid.
   
• Correct engine oil matters. Many modern vehicles require specific oil grades to protect engines, turbochargers, and emissions systems. Using the wrong oil can cause long-term damage.
   
• Service lights and condition-based servicing systems should be correctly reset using diagnostic equipment after a service, ensuring your vehicle’s onboard systems remain accurate.
   
• A proper service should include safety-critical checks, such as brakes, suspension, steering components, tyres, lights, and fluid levels.
   
• Diagnostic checks can identify underlying faults or stored fault codes before they develop into more serious (and expensive) problems.
   
• Service records should be updated and documented correctly and if you have an online service record this should be updated,  helping to protect your vehicle’s resale value.
   

Many modern vehicles no longer use a traditional service book. Instead, service history is recorded digitally on the manufacturer’s online service record system.

For certain makes and models, servicing must be logged online to:

• Keep the vehicle’s service history complete
   
• Protect resale value
   
• Ensure future owners and dealers can verify maintenance
   
• Support warranty and goodwill claims

This means you get dealer-level record keeping, without the dealer-level price.
